Working with Alana Burns, especially in this insane market, has been nothing short of exceptional. Alana has a no nonsense approach, meaning she will do anything and everything to get you the best deal, the right property based on what your parameters are, and works diligently regardless of time of day to get you answers/results. Let me just add that Alana is also a mother with a new born son. That did not stop her from being more than I could have asked for in an agent. Having talked to agents prior to her, they lacked the drive, professionalism, and relied on automated emails to get you to view listings. Alana is levels above those agents. She is professional, approachable, dependable, responsible, and all around a fantastic Real Estate Agent. It was such a pleasure working with her we actually went through two listings together. While I walked away from the first property due to not aligning with the builder on my vision, I knew she needed to be on my team if I wanted to succeed in this market, and that we did. Alana helped me close the deal on my dream home, making the process very easy for me. Not once did Alana show up late to any of our appointments; she would typically reach out the minute she had any updates, keeping me ahead of the game.
