From the day we contacted Alana to sell our home, she went the extra mile; helping us pack and get the house show ready in short notice and making necessary repairs while we were out of town. Her attention to detail in capturing all the aspects of the house helped us find the perfect buyers much quicker than we ever hoped. She also proved to be a great asset to us during negotiations, making sure that our interests were upheld, and helped us negotiate higher than initial asking price. The wealth of knowledge, skills, and initiative from Alana cannot be overstated. She made the entire process exponentially better when our first buyer fell through and we were worried about the house not selling. She completely turned the situation around; bringing in another buyer the next day.
