From the very exciting moment we began the search for our new home, to the craziness of closing, Jeff Gualtieri was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I remember the first house we saw, he sat both my partner and I down?after realizing the house wasn?t a fit?and took the time to literally take notes on the pros and cons of the house. After only a few minutes, Jeff knew the kind of home we were looking for. Each house after that, Jeff allowed us to explore our options while keeping in mind what it was that we were looking for. What I loved the most was the fact that the minute he realized a particular house wasn?t for us, he was looking up other options in the immediate area?and sometimes not so immediate area?and within minutes Jeff would have a list of homes for us to visit. Within two weeks we?d found our home. Of course, for anyone that has already bought a home, and for those that have yet to being this journey, finding a home and closing on a home can be quite stressful. Well, not with Jeff in your corner. He went to bat for us every step of they way, was always there to answer the myriad of questions we had, and of course to lend an ear, even if it was just to vent about life outside of the search. His professionalism was constant and his kindness was beyond and above. Without Jeff, this move couldn?t have happened. If we should ever want to sell or buy another home, Jeff is the only realtor we?d trust to head the search and close the deal. Jeff was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. When we met with him we told him what we were looking for in a home and he knew exactly where to take us to look at houses. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, knew all about the school systems, the rec sport programs, the town and the surrounding areas. This was our first home with septic and a well system, he was able to break it all down for us in detail and explain how it all worked.No matter when we called, text or e-mailed him he would get back to us immediately and address any of our concerns or questions. He truly made us feel like we were his main priority. When we submitted our list of items to be addressed prior to close, he always followed up and gave us constant updates. Buying a home couldnt of been any easier or smoother and we have Jeff to thank for it.I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.
