We were introduced to Kimberly by a dear friend whose judgment we trust and value. We knew our house hunt and move would be a little tricky as we lived in Southern California and were planning on moving a mother-in-law in with us so had very specific needs in a house. Kimberly was fantastic from our first conversations over the phone as we contemplated moving to Sacramento to negotiating a great deal on the house we ultimately chose. More than once she would walk through a house showing the house to us through her phone, and if it seemed like a candidate, she'd find a way to get us into the house in person when we could rush up from Southern California. Her knowledge of areas and neighborhoods of Sacramento and of real estate in general were invaluable to us. Kimberly understood our specific needs and was able to help us eliminate properties that could not work, but also to see possibilities that we would not have caught. She never pressured us, but gave us insightful feedback and invaluable observations. Kimberly was a great advocate for us when the inspection showed that the house needed some repairs, further lowering the price. We are now getting settled in our new home and are loving it.
