We really enjoyed working with Todd as he is knowledgeable, pleasant and on top of his sales! Todd went above and beyond our expectations to fix the all the problems that arose for the sale of our property and we were so appreciative of this.Also, as a mortgage loan underwriter, I have had the opportunity to work with Todd, through clients, and can truly say he is always on top of his transactions and makes sure his clients have a great experience during their purchase. I also teach a First Time Homebuyer Class. Between all his realtor transactions, Todd will take the time to speak in my class about what to expect while working with a realtor and going over a purchase agreement with potential new homebuyers.
