Prior to choosing Andy as our realtor, my husband and I were already quite aware of his great reputation in and experience with the Canandaigua, NY housing market. Little did we know just how happy we would be to have chosen him. To start with, we felt right from the initial meeting with him that he was really listening to what we wanted in the sale of our home and the purchase of the next one. We felt comfortable that he would be there for us, both as seller and buyer agent and not just driven by one or the other. Probably the most impressive thing for us about Andy is his great communication and always staying in touch, getting us showings, helping to solve any problems along the way, and making referrals for help when we needed it. He also does email blasts with market information that is really helpful and very informative! Andy helped us find the perfect home! We cant say enough to family and friends about our experience with him. He will come highly recommended by us!!!

Andy is a consummate professional--always responsive, thorough, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. His communication skills and promptness are exemplary. I have dealt with him on previous properties but in the most recent purchase, I decided to pass on the house, which was subsequently taken off the market. I later decided that it was, indeed, the house for me and Andy contacted the seller and resuscitated the transaction. He was very adept in handling this process, which was not without difficulty. The seller was not an easy individual to deal with, but Andy bridged the gap and facilitated the sale on my behalf. At all times during the search for properties and the final transaction he took my wishes and needs into consideration. In summation, he was a very helpful & professional realtor in every phase of my experience with him. He never tried to strong-arm me during my long search for properties. I have engaged Andy for other properties in the past and certainly would again. I highly recommend him and his services to anyone buying or selling property.
