Absolutely fantastic experience working with Beau! Anyone in West Michigan would be hard pressed to find a better Realtor, seriously! Our search was very broad (all along the lakeshore and as far east as 131), we were a bit nonspecific with the type of home we were looking for, and even the price range was wide. But rather than trying to push our search in a certain direction Beau was able to efficiently show us a variety of everything we were looking for on OUR schedule! My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with Beau and could not recommend him more highly. As first time home buyers, we were beginners in every sense of the word with very limited knowledge on the processes and strategies associated with buying a home. Couple that with an incredibly competitive housing market, and our home buying experience could have been intimidating, unproductive, and incredibly discouraging. It wasn't, and that's thanks to Beau's guidance, expertise, attitude and approach. We felt comfortable asking the most rudimentary questions. On the other end of the spectrum, we trusted him to make our offer as competitive as possible while still being responsible. That's a trust he earned from our time working together. The end result was us landing our dream home which received a large amount of offers.
