Ashley was very pleasant to work with and made the experience of home buying go as smooth as possible. She is very personable which made her easy to talk to and ask questions without feeling unknowledgeable. At the beginning of my search I felt desperate due to the aggressiveness of the market but Ashley helped me see why certain homes were not what I wanted and reassured me that I would find something more appropriate which in turn allowed me to be patient enough to find a home that is everything I wanted. She was extremely responsive from beginning to end which was not only helpful with getting right in to view potential homes as they hit the extremely competitive market but also helped me feel consistently involved and up to date on all that was happening. When the time came, she was understanding of my budget and helped me decide on an offer that was just right and therefore was excepted over others already in place. Ashley also helped mediate with my loan company as problems arose for which I am forever grateful as that was definitely the biggest headache of the entire process for me. Lastly, my schedule did not allow much flexibility and not once was that an issue for her, she was still able to get me in to view every home that I asked to and I didnt have to take any time off work during the entire process which was a big deal for me.
