Missy was a fabulous realtor for our family. She was patient, responsive, smart, kind, and always provided a healthy dose of reality, which is so necessary in this crazy market for buyers. Even though we were excited for our move to Olympia, it was difficult for us to leave our well loved home and neighborhood. Missy made the process so much easier with her insider knowledge of the market, her responsiveness, and her easy frankness. She never rushed us and we always looked forward to seeing her whenever she scheduled a showing for us. We purchased a beautiful home in a great neighborhood and with Missy guiding us in the process, we understood what was happening every step of the way. If there were 10 stars, I would give 10, but 5 is the highest rating here on Zillow. We had the privilege of being put into contact with Missy 9 years ago, prior to our move to Olympia. We are so grateful our friend knew Missy personally and put us in contact with her. Since then, we have worked with her exclusively. She has helped us navigate through the home buying process several times -- never once have we felt pressured by Missy to buy a home. We have always felt she has been our advocate and she is always thoughtful re: why a purchase is a good one and what issues may arise with a certain home or location. Our first purchase in Olympia ended up being a short-sale. Short sales are an inherently a long drawn out process. Missy was very supportive throughout the entire process and advocated for us until the end when we officially closed on the house. 6 years later, we recently purchased our dream home with her expertise and guidance in a location that is a very tough market to get any opportunity to buy (Boston Harbor).
