If I could give Missy Watts 10 stars I would. She was amazing! We were very uncertain about listing our home for sale. Being our first home sale, we did not understand the process and had many fears about moving forward. During my first conversation with Missy she put my mind at ease and I felt confident. She had a very professional and competent tone. Our situation was not at all typical either. We were not even living in state and we had to do the whole thing remotely. Missy was very effectively able to work and communicate with us. She provided us with consistent daily updates about how things were going with the sale. She also handled many of the details resolving lingering issues with our management company. Her ability to deal with others in the industry made the process smooth and gave us a favorable outcome. As further testament to her abilities and dedication, we managed to close our sale during the COVID-19 pandemic! Less than a week after listing our home, the state went into a lock-down. Missy continued working in whatever way she could. Despite this we had many fears and uncertainty that the virus would keep us from selling. But in the end, we managed to find a buyer and make it work. I do not think any other broker would have been able to do this given the situation.Missy also works with an exceptional team. Her co-workers made themselves available for any of our needs, however, Missy was always our main point of contact, which is very important to us. Sometimes it feels like other realtors pawn off most of the dealing with clients to their assistants. Not Missy; she was always the one to contact us about anything and was always responsive any time of day. I had no problems communicating with her. Her team of photographers did absolutely beautiful work on the listing. They even did a drone video with overhead views that was breathtaking and well beyond our initial expectations. The best way to describe the entire experience was that it far exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for an agent, stop shopping around and speak to Missy Watts! She is an absolute professional.
