I contacted John via email to give us some information about the current market and to see if it was a good time for us to put our house on the market. We had been wanting to sell our house for a long time to relocate out of Massachusetts because the cost living was skyrocketing. The house we wanted to sell belonged to my parents for over thirty years and then we purchased the home after my mother passed away. We owned the house since 2001. After John received my email, he literally came to my house the NEXT DAY. He did not ring my bell or call me but instead he put a personalized folder for me about the details of the current market and prospects for selling my home in our mailbox. After I found the folder in my mailbox. I was so impressed that he did not call me but instead he left the "information" for me because after all, that is what I wanted. I followed up with John over the phone to thank him for the information that he had left for us. We started to talk and never did he seem pushy. He LISTENED to me as I told him what our plans were and during the time I got so emotional at the thought of selling my home. I was so emotional that John himself started to get emotional as well as I told him about the tragic lost of my mother and why the house meant so much to me. Before I knew it, John was sitting in my living room with us and after talking to him some more, I immediately knew that he would be the person that we needed to SELL our home. I heard that John was nicknamed the "terminator" by a colleague of his and now why. He just does not give up, period. We had several offers that we had problems with from potential buyers and John never gave up. He just kept saying, well let's keep moving on until we get the right buyer. I wanted to give up so many times but John kept on going and our house was SOLD. If you are a seller who needs a persistent, honest and HARDWORKING realtor that won't give up even through the toughest storms then you should honestly contact John. I have never done a review for anyone but I had to sit down and take the time to write this review because John helped us when we needed the help the most and I promise he will help you as well.
