I'm a first-time home buyer who's been looking since the start of 2016. I found Nancy through a referral on Trulia. I emailed her about my interest and she called me minutes later. That set the tone of her amazing responsiveness throughout the 3 months I've been looking. I originally wanted a 1br/1ba in Emeryville; however, seeing the competitiveness of the market limited my choice to Watergate (which doesn't allow in-unit washer/dryer). Nancy suggested active listings and met me for scheduled showings. She was always early and incredibly prompt with communications. Nancy even provided considerations for condos outside of Emeryville that had what I wanted. After about 6-7 tours of places in E'ville, Nancy suggested a place in Oakland that was amazing. I put in an offer and won. Throughout the process, Nancy provided me with a lot of education. Especially not being an East Bay native and being a first-time home buyer, the home buying process is very complicated. Nancy explained everything to me thoroughly. I fully trust Nancy and her expertise of the area, market, and home buying process. I haven't moved in yet to my new house but am so grateful for Nancy's excellent service.
