Okay, so first of allaEUR"we really cant say enough great things about Weston! He absolutely went above and beyond for us in helping us find our perfect home because we were on a 3 hour time difference while working full time, with 3 kids, and our schedule was completely crazy! He always made it work for us and he spent countless hours and miles trekking down the right homes that fit all of our preferences! Over a 3 months-long process he worked with us through it all (and knowing he was only going to receive a commission from the sellers and here we are just the buyers!). He was always respectful, considerate of our wishes, and provided great advice regarding the best family-friendly areas and for when it came time to place our offers. We did end up offering on 2 different homes at separate times due to factors on our own side that didnt line up, but both times our offer was accepted right out of the gate. With his local knowledge and guidance, as well as his real estate expertise, we were able to secure the home and land of our dreams! All of this was done virtually by the way (due to our distance and situationaEUR"we just couldnt travel all the way out until it was time to move) which had its own set of unique challenges. He was a trooper through it all! Really, REALLY cannot give enough thanksaEUR"we are so happy in our new home! Everything was exactly as he described and we could not be more pleased with the community and neighbors we ended up next to as well. HIGHLY recommend, Weston! Thank you ????!
