I met Mathew about four years ago when I was toying with the idea of moving to the Mt Pleasant area. He immediately understood my hesitancy and instead of pressuring me to make a decision, he demonstrated extreme patience and caring. During that time he would checked with me and to see if I had any more considerations about moving. Still no pressure and I truly felt he truly cared. I finally felt ready a few months ago. I called him and said it is time. We talked and he listened. He found me a beautiful townhouse in Dunes West. It met all my wishes in a new home. He remained with me through each and every step. His observation throughout the process helped me to be at eased. I truly believe he is one of the best realtor in this area. He is detailed, knowledgeable and professional. Would I recommend, absolutely.
