Clay Garrett and his team at The Cord Sibilsky Group are nothing short of excellent. The level of honesty, integrity, and pursuit of customer satisfaction that we experienced with Clay was more than we could have hoped for in a relator. Clay worked tirelessly for us during our first home-buying experience, working long hours to make the scary prospect of buying our first home one that my pregnant wife and I could navigate with the confidence of being well cared for. A few things stood out in our experience with Clay: 1) Honesty: we were told the truth, even when the truth hurt Clays chances at sale of a particular property. Other relators gave us faulty affirmations of being able to be done by a certain date or a certain level of costs on repairs. Instead, Clay would kindly level with us the realistic time frame and cost assessment of homes. 2) Respect/care: Clay respected our wishes. Rather than pushing a house that would be an easy sell for him or would bring in more money, Clay sought first and foremost to respect our wishes and what was in our best interest. He took the long road with us to find the perfect house. 3) Zeal mixed with genuine kindness: we found Clay to possess the zeal and commitment needed to make the most difficult deals and to negotiate on our behalf. Moreover, this was coupled with a level of genuine kindness that is rare in real estate. We bumped into numerous other relators in our quest for the perfect house, and these other relators often resorted to machoism and talking down to others to get their way. We left these encounters so thankful that it was Clay, not them, that were on our side. Clays unique fusion of kindness/determination, respect/care, and persistent honesty brought our perfect home to us as comfortably, quickly, and affordably as possible.
