Joe and everyone he recommended made my first-time home buying experience a walk in the park. In fact, I probably complicated things more than they needed to be by virtue of the fact that so many people warned me about how grueling the process would be and how many pieces needed to be juggled--that I was over-questioning. Still, Joe was unflappable, responding to my every question with speed and accuracy, humor as necessary and unending patience. I entered the market months before I had any business even looking at properties, given that I didn't have a down payment, and he still invested time and effort in my search--with no guarantee that it would ever lead anywhere. The result is that I bought the home I was destined to own, and I doubt it could have happened without Joe, his excellent connections to other professionals who comprised the team, and and all of their combined expertise.

I have known Matt for several years and knew he had a good reputation as a realtor in Dorchester. When I decided to put my condo on the market, I turned to Matt immediately. I was in the middle of remodeling my condo for my own use, but I had recently taken a job in another state and wanted to finish the remodeling job before putting the condo up for sale. I asked Matt for an in-depth market analysis, which he provided. He showed me that the nearest comparable units were all new construction. I then decided to remodel my unit to a higher standard - specifically remodeling the kitchen, repainting the entire unit, all new light fixtures, renovating the roof deck, and repainting the outside of the building. Matt was the project manager for the entire project - and the results were stunning. Matt brought a level of professionalism, pricing knowledge, and availability that I have never experienced before in a broker. My unit sold for well above asking price because of Matt's dedication and skill. I highly recommend Matt to anyone that is looking for a bright, energetic and knowledgable real estate broker, or manager.
