After interviewing several real estate agents, we lucked out and found Tony Aragona of Aragona Realty. We needed someone who I wouldnt have to micro-manage. He handled every little detail from the beginning to the end of the house sale transaction. He created an individual selling plan for our particular property and we were always in the know of what the next steps were. His knowledge and attention to detail is over the top. Being a business owner myself, I didnt have the time to oversee the huge task of selling a house. Tony is so experienced in what he does, you never feel the need to second guess his decisions. Tony was a pleasure to have as our real estate agent. We made the tough decision to move from Michigan back to our homestate of Georgia, and we couldn't have done it without him. I can't tell you how much Tony and I went through until we finally closed, and beyond. He was with us from step one through a long, arduous and strenuous process. We moved from WA and went through different offers, appraisals, and other issues that we kept striving through. Not only was he super helpful with finding us a temporary place, but he was also hospitable in a way we will always be grateful for. There were peaks and valleys, and through it all Tony remained steadfast, and true to his code on getting us into our home. Super knowledgeable, patient and made everything easy to understand.
