Cindi and Becca are the absolute best!! We were worried about selling our place and getting into a larger home for our family. They were both our selling and purchasing agents. They helped us prioritize work on our home that we were selling and help us competitively price it for the local market. They made it all less stressful and easier to understand. It worked so well we ended up getting well above asking our price within days of listing. They also worked with us purchasing a new home and it was a doozy with MANY hurdles and stumbles on the way due to some problematic sellers. They never stopped working and fighting for us and getting us the best deal we could. They were always available and always willing to talk us through the process. They took a sometimes infuriating situation and made it tolerable. If I ever have to deal with real estate again they will be the first call I make.
