In working with Mike, he has proven to be very articulate and detailed in offering advice and answering questions and explaining processes. He is very personable and a great listener. If he does not know the answer to a question, he will say so, he won't tell you something that sounds iffy just to give an answer. He will research and get the best answer as soon as practical. He is also easy to work with, being helpful and paired with a genuinely caring attitude. He is also available, which is very important, as people's schedules often do not allow them to be in sync with the majority. He's never once acted like I was bothering him or inconvenienced him in any way. He is resourceful and has connections in case specific needs come up, like a contractor for repairs. He is within reach and doesn't mind being so, professional yet approachable. And a ready smile. I feel I've not only had a great realtor, but have made a friend as well. I would recommend his services, and already have to a friend who is looking to by a home.
