Stamie was a godsend for me and my husband, from the very beginning of the process to the very end. Not only does she know the market inside and out, but she knew the micro-neighborhoods, their school systems, and their histories of the property values. So she was invaluable in evaluating the available listings. She asked all the right questions and gave great advice. My husband and I were first-time buyers and transplants to the city of Los Angeles, so we didn't have prior experience or a lot of resources we could turn to for advice other than Stamie. She stepped in and filled all of those roles for us. Once we fell in love with our condo, she held our hands through the entire buying process. As first-time buyers, we were all the stereotypes: we were ignorant of the process, skittish and worried as we got into it, and nervous about parting with the little nest egg we'd been squirreling away for years. Stamie was our guide to how to deal with the bank and the mortgage process and answered any question we had, night or day. Stamie organized the inspections, knew all the right people, and was an incredible translator between the inspectors and ourselves. She then advocated EXPERTLY for us with the seller -- and we ended up getting more than we imagined possible in credit. She helped us close in a very tight window, making the impossible possible.
