We worked with Joe Tome to buy a lake house property in northern Minnesota. Through the whole process, he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, and anything he didn't know (whether it was DNR regulations, getting a quote for building a house, etc.) he was willing and able to research and get back to us surprisingly quickly! He was professional, easy to get in contact with, and did an excellent job of learning our preferences and finding properties that we were interested in. And on top of it all, we even live out of state, but Joe was an excellent resource on local topics, the pros and cons of the different areas of town(s), and even did a few house walk-throughs via Skype with us, one of which was the house we ended up buying! Throughout the negotiation of putting in offers/counter-offers/inspections, etc., Joe continued to be knowledgeable, professional, and responsive, which was so appreciated since we couldn't be there in person.
