Jodi and Michael Levy are a powerhouse real estate team. I contracted Grand Lux Realty to sell my one-bedroom condo. There was a lot to deal with in this sale regarding the management company and the Levys helped me every step of the way.Grand Lux Realty got started immediately when I contacted them to be my selling broker. They arranged for a professional photographer to take wonderful pictures of the condo and grounds. Michael took his time to discuss the real estate market in general as well as issues that affected my condo in particular. He outlined many different options to make my place more appealing to buying brokers and buyers. He really knows the real estate business while at the same time understanding that it is a business of people reacting to things that are not just dollars and sense. I had great confidence in his work from the get-go. Working as a complement to that, Jodi is on top of her game every step of the way once the place is on the market. She followed up with me on every broker showing my condo and offered great feedback. What was important to me was Jodis great approach to her clients. Having a home on the market is a stressful situation. Jodi has great and encouraging words to offer at every step. I knew that she was looking out for me and my time and investment.Jodi and Michael are professional, smart, courteous, great to work with and they got the job done in a very timely manner. I recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

We contacted Michael Levy from Grand Lux after our 2 BR apartment was on the market for more than a year with no offers. The first buyer Michael showed our place to made an offer and we ended up selling the place to him. Michael said luck played a part in it, but we also know that his strategy in working with buyers' agents incentives them to come to your home and make you an offer. It worked! More impressively we used Michael and GLR again to buy a home. Although we were nowhere near million dollar clients for Michael, he treated us that way. Always had the time to show us a number of homes. Always had good insight as to whether it was a good match for us, and never pressured us at all. We just moved into the new home that Michael showed us earlier in the year. I cannot recommend him, Jodi and GLR enough. They are great!
