I received a mail flyer sharing that Gidget had sold a home in my community around the time I was making a choice of a realtor. I called her, and she set up an appointment immediately to discuss my options. Within 10 minutes of our first conversation, I could sense Gidget was the professional I needed. We discussed the various components of the process, and Gidget helped me feel comfortable with each step. For example, when we discussed dual agency, I didnt feel any pressure with asking her to represent me alone. When we discussed price, i trusted her knowledge of the market, and it paid a huge return in the end. Each time we discussed a circumstance that I felt a bit perplexed or distraught about, she always left me feeling that the issue had been resolved or was on its way to a solution. Gidget was always polite, always professional and always considerate. This is the fourth home I have sold and by far the easiest, the least stressful, and the most financially lucrative. I now KNOW that Gidget was the best realtor for the job. I couldnt have done this without her.

From the very moment we reached out to Gidget, we knew we had made the right choice! The expertise she brings to the process of buying and selling a home is remarkable. On the selling side, her marketing strategy was great, the price determination was right on, and she made the escrow process as stress free as possible for us. We knew she was ALWAYS looking out for our best interest and always provided detailed guidance. This is Just to name a few. On the buying side, I cannot begin to tell you how much time and effort she put into helping us find our perfect home. We had some VERY specific criteria and she did EVERYTHING in her power to find a home that fit that description. It was not an easy task and she truly went about and beyond! With all that said, the most impressive aspect of having Gidget as our realtor, is she truly made us feel like we were her only client. Whenever we called, texted or emailed with a question she responded very promptly. I also know she was in constant contact with the various people involved in our two escrow processes, to ensure that everything was getting done in the proper timeframe and being done accurately.
