If I could give Kyle Jefferson and the Mark Dimas team 10 stars I would! If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, this is the team to use. Not to take away or discredit any other Realtors but prior to meeting Kyle Jefferson, I had 3 previous realtors and my home sat on the market for several months. I was frustrated to the point of exhaustion with trying to sell my home. I located the Mark Dimas team online and Kyle came out to meet with me shortly after contacting their office. Kyles presentation was very professional and personalized just for my home selling needs. Kyle, listened attentively to my needs and made note of the things that were most important to me. Kyle explained their process to market for preparing my home for sell and within a short of amount of time, we were on the market and under contract. The process was stress-free and Kyle and the Mark Dimas team worked diligently and VERY hard to ensure my house closed with no issues. Kyle helped guide me through the process of purchasing my first home in December 2017; I knew absolutely nothing about the home buying process nor did I think it would be possible for me to purchase a home. When I first inquired about the process Kyle invited me to come by the office to sit down and discuss the process and also what I was looking for and after that he went to work.....I can honestly say I was a bit terrified to go through the home buying process because of stories I heard from people about the process, but my experience was completely opposite of theirs. Kyle really works for his clients and gets the job done! I am so thankful that I had Kyle by my side to help me through this process and if I were to sale my home or purchase a new home without a doubt he would be my go to person!
