Alex Santos is an excellent realtor, and we highly recommend him! My wife and I wanted to go through the house buying process quickly. In approximately three months we became first time homeowners. Alex helped us with the big learning curve. He was happy to explain the contracts, process, and answer our questions. Every interaction we had with Alex was positive, he is honest, professional, and has a good moral compass. He communicated with the both of us and always responded in a reasonable time frame. Each Saturday that we were available, Alex would map out all the houses that we like on the realtor website. When we would view the houses, he would point out red, yellow, and green flags about the house and nearby area. After each house we would evaluate which houses were in our top 3 and why. When we decided to place an offer on a house, Alex provided us with information to allow us to make a solid offer on the house. He told us what the nearby house comparable were and what the bidding market is like. Alex always let the decisions come from my wife and myself. He always followed our lead and negotiated for what we wanted. We are very happy in our new home and are grateful that Alex was our realtor.
