My husband and I moved to Kentucky from out of state when he was offered a job here. This all happened very quickly and didn't leave us much time to find a property to purchase. We asked a friend with relatives in the area to recommend a realtor. We feel so fortunate that Dennis was the name we were given. We only had one day to actually look at properties with Dennis. He came fully prepared with information on the ones we wanted to see as well as a few others he thought might be of interest to us. It was a very full day. He told us about the area as we went from home to home. Always patient, always knowledgeable. We ended up making an offer that day on the home we eventually purchased. Dennis kept in constant contact with us letting us know where in the process we were. The way things worked out with the selling of our home and the buying of the one here, we ended up "homeless" for a little over a week. We weren't sure where we would stay until our closing. I work from home and needed someplace I would have internet access. Dennis to the rescue! He and his lovely wife very graciously offered to let us stay with them until we closed so I would be able to work. I have never known such welcoming people. Needless to say, it made the waiting period much nicer. Our closing went off without a hitch! To say Dennis went above and beyond is an understatement. He is a fabulous realtor as well as a wonderful person! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in this area!

I was pretty specific about what I wanted and a timeline, I had picked out houses and then contacted realtors about setting up viewings, after each viewing it seemed that the realtors would volunteer to look some more for me only to disappear and leave me searching on my own. The first time I contacted Dennis this was not the case. Unfortunately the house I called him about had just gone under contract but he took down some information about what I was looking for and within twenty minutes had sent me an email with other options that met my interests and wants. When I did schedule a viewing with him it wasn't just one, he had set up a full day for us to go look at multiple houses, and the house I chose wound up being one Dennis found for me rather than one I'd originally picked out. Then he walked me through the entire process and answered all my silly first time buyer questions. Dennis was great to work with!
