Bob and Kat Bedbury changed our lives. My wife and I were searching for a home on and off over the course of three years. The "off" periods always followed a heart-breaking loss to a higher bid for a prospective property. It felt all but hopeless for us. We had successfully saved for ten years, but we were being treated like we were poor and should move down market if we were to stand a chance. It was terribly disheartening.We first visited Bob and Kat in their office during the summer of 2017. They rolled out the red carpet, walked us through their process and made us feel confident this would happen for us and that they were on the case. At the time we were not in a place where we could match their enthusiasm as we were in the midst of an "off" cycle. Timing is everything, but they had left an impression on us.In the fall of 2018 we started poking around the market again and lobbed a call into BobKat. Several years ago when we moved from the east coast to CA, Boband Kat were highly recommended by family members who hadpurchased a home with them. During this cross country move, werelied on the Bedburys to find us the perfect home and theydid. With their hard work and assistance, we bought our housesight unseen and to this day, that house is still our favorite one ofall the homes we've lived in. Bob and Kat Bedbury were the perfect team to sell an out of area commercial/residential property we had been trying to sell for 10 years. They put their trained eyes on the situation and were able to present it to buyers with just the right lens. The selling package, including videos and pictures, was fantastic. Once we got them on board things moved very quickly and we had their personal attention throughout the entire process. This turned out to be a very complicated deal involving a failed "lease with option to buy" deal followed by a successful sale to another buyer. Bob and Kat have a laser focused eye for details and the patience of saints. They spent whatever time was necessary to help us understand each offer and to walk us through what the options and risks were on each decision. We relied completely on their knowledge and expertise that resulted in a sale for more money that we expected. This was a great experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend Bob and Kat.

We could not recommend the Bedbury team more. This is a relationship we plan to continue for years to come. In a time where things are full of uncertainties, my wife and I wanted buying a house to not be one of them. A big ask, as buying a house is challenging and stressful no matter what. We turned to Team BobKat. As first-time homebuyers, Bob was incredibly patient with us through this process. From house showings in the time of COVID, going through offer letters, financing and after a few months, closing on our first home. Team BobKat's experience in real estate and in-depth knowledge of the Bay Area was an incredible resource in finding the right home for us. Believe us when we say we knew nothing about how to buy a house. The Bedbury team provided so much education to make sure we really felt secure in the decisions we were making. Like many of you reading this, My husband and I were looking to buy for the first time, but did not know the best way to get started. We frequented open houses constantly, did our own research, but we never felt ready or "in the know" about taking that next big step.And so it happened that at yet another open house, we met a listing agent who was genuine, insightful, and listened to what we were looking for. Normally, as some of you have experienced already, the listing agent would shove a card in our hands and tells us to call him, but this was different. When Bob asked us if we wanted to talk more seriously to him and his partners, we took him up on his offer immediately!And we never looked back!Bob and Kat were the answer to question we didn't even know we needed to ask! They gave us great advice, told us what to look for, provided us all the information we needed to learn the process, and most importantly never rushed or tried to sell us on a property we didn't want. They always made time for our emails, texts, calls, and visits, and knew how to resolve each and every situation that came up! For example: our Mortgage Loan Officer decided to quit his bank 4 days before our first offer was due. Not a problem for BobKat! They had an extremely professional lender ready for us the next day!And when we finally won our house, they were there to explain every step of escrow process! Providing constant guidance and advice on each contract, disclosure, and timeline detail was immensely valuable to us as it's so easy to get lost in the documentation! I like to think that my husband and I are smart and organized people, but we honestly could not have done it without them.
