Going into this sale, we knew it was going to be complicated but thanks to their guidance we got through it all with remarkable ease. Working with their team was a great experience. Their ability to work with the multiple stakeholders in this property, the remodeling and 1031 exchange was outstanding. We really appreciated the network of resources such as the designers, vendors and installers and their ability to work with our contractor to keep everything on track. Perhaps most impressive was the marketing and presentation of the condo. I know they deal with a lot of high end properties but our little starter condo received the same treatment. Impeccable staging, professional photographs, high-quality brochures and their disciplined sales process got the result we wanted: a sale price above asking and a stress-free closing process. It was my great pleasure to work with BobKat during my home purchase experience. I was introduced to them through a mutual friend, and from the very first sit-down meeting I was instantly at ease. BobKat are a great duo and they walked me through the home buying process, setting me up for success to tackle open houses. We identified key features and locations to focus on, as well as budgets to consider between condos vs. single-family homes. With that done, we started tearing into MLS listings to identify possible new homes. When the time came to pounce on a property, BobKat were right there with me, leading the charge. Bob was super on top of keeping me updated on forms/information I needed to provide, especially when we found out the place I was interested in wanted us to provide an offer later that evening!Bob kept me calm and guided me through what was needed, doing most (if not all) of the heavy lifting and all I had to do was agree/disagree to certain items being within the offer. Talk about simple, right? I let them work their magic and lo and behold, my very first offer was accepted with only minor negotiations. The teams BobKat worked with to close were amazing! I was on a super tight deadline and we managed to close within 2.5 weeks of the offer being accepted! It was like clockwork, I was able to move into my new place right before the lease on my old place expired, thanks to BobKat being able to manage the tight timelines and their amazing teams for helping everything get finished on time.Even after closing, they've continued to look out for me, providing me with recommendations for who to contact for different repair work, suggestions for insurance and other purchases, etc. I'm looking forward to working with BobKat again in the future when it comes time to upgrade. WOW! A friend recommended BobKat to us, and we could not be more happy that we listened to my wise friend and scheduled a meeting with them before we signed with our old realtor to sell our condo. We have worked with another realtor in the past to buy our previous home, who I never clicked with, but got the job done. Once you are their customer, they are so dedicated, quick responses to emails/phone calls, thorough answers to questions, overall the communication was above and beyond (and my expectations are pretty high given the stakes, emotional and financial). My husband described the experience as "premium" and I have to agree. I did not know it was even possible for a realtor to go this far above and beyond! Our selling price for our condo was beyond any reasonable expectation, and they have been great on the buying side as well, won the first home we put an offer in on!
