We had an excellent experience with Chris buying a home in Los Altos in the spring of 2016, and very much look forward to working with Chris in the future. We recommend him highly.We relocated to the Bay Area from Boston last year. We had some basic familiarity with the area but knew that we could use some help navigating neighborhoods, process, buying trends, and all the ins and outs of a local, hot housing market.Chris was invaluable in our process. He was also delightful to work with. He knows neighborhoods well, has good relationships with other realtors, is smart *and* clever, was effective in negotiations, was never high pressure but was firm with us when it was appropriate.Stanford provides a number of housing assistance programs for faculty. These are great, but they do add complexity to buying a property. Chris was also extremely knowledgeable about the Stanford process and had good relationships with all parties (Stanford housing, lenders, realtors, etc). I don't think we would have been able to purchase our home without his guidance.
