Amy recently sold our house in record time and completely exceeded our expectation! We met Amy first for an interview. She impressed us by her knowledge of the local market, long years of professional experience and detailed plan that lays out the steps of selling our house. Each step had a target date and was marked on the calendar she printed out for us. Amy has keen eyes from her interior design background. She explained her ideas for necessary small fixes and staging plan. Her offering for the complimentary staging is a plus! Amy and her staff were very responsive. We were able to get hold of her or her staff literally at any time. The selling process was executed exactly what she explained to us previously. There's no surprise from any contract work she arranged for us. It's also worth mentioning that the process started after we moved out of the state. Monitoring the status remotely would have been difficult, yet Amy and her staff kept us posted at every single step and made it such an easy and stress-free process for us. Amy proved to us that she is indeed one of the best seller agents in the area. She's very friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable and reliable. Working with Amy and her team was a fantastic experience. I have never sold a home before so the entire process was new to me. From the initial interview through the close of escrow both Amy and her team communicated regularly and I was aware of where we were in the process every step of the way. From the moment a listing agreement is signed Amy and her team take over with cleaning, staging, listing, open houses, etc. Amy oversaw all minor upgrades undertaken such as painting, carpet, hauling, etc and I found her contractors to be quick thorough, and very reasonable. Lastly and probably most importantly Amy marketed the property in a manner that developed a sizeable list of bidders and we ultimately accepted an offer that definitely exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Amy to anyone looking for a Realtor.
