It's not easy to be this good at what you do! Amy deserves to be as successful as she is because of the hard work, great attitude, attention to detail and fun she brings to a process that can be amongst lifes most stressful moments. Amy and her team know how to deliver a professional, effective and enjoyable buying and selling experience. In our sale she brought high quality preparation, marketing, contract and post-contract strategy and process, with a creative and can-do approach to any challenges, whilst remaining calm, focussed and working with a sense of humor. With in our purchase she used her experience in the market to help lead us, while ensuring we were informed, educated and in control at the same time. After sale she is still there to help make for a smooth transition. Despite being a busy successful agent, we found that Amy is still totally available and responsive, all the while backed up by a competent team and back office (and staging team!), whom are also all a pleasure to deal with. Transacting in real estate is expensive, you want to feel like your agent recognizes this and earns that commission - Amy is, without a doubt, worth it. A brilliant fantastic realtor!

She is incredibly professional, and exudes a calm nature throughout the buying and selling process. She has natural insight to matching the right home to the right buyer. Her leads are accurate and time is not wasted which I appreciate. Her highly organized nature and the teams she has working for her ( including her assistants who do the footwork when she can't, the painters, stagers, cleaners, garden clean upcrew, window washers) made it possible when the market heats and the bidding wars begin. We have been in both the sellers and buyers market and both have been timed to perfection with Amy's guidance and premonition to either hold or move forward. Our recent sale in October was completed in a week after listing .Amy is the top selling agent because of her community reputation , negotiating skills, tenacity, insight and anticipation. We first met with Amy for purely informational purposes. We were looking at retirement, and simply wanted to interview a couple of agents to get their opinion of the market, approximate value of our home, and to see whether or not we aEURoeclickedaEUR?. Our idea was to put the house on the market in a year or so. Amy thoroughly impressed us from the outset - citing market comps, trends due to mortgage rate increases, and ways that she and her team would approach our listing. Never was there any pressure or hard sell - our questions were answered succinctly and completely, and we were left with lots of information and data to peruse at our leisure - always a plus for my engineer spouse!! Honestly, we were so excited by Amys presentation that we decided to put the house on the market as soon as we could. What seemed overwhelming to me - putting our house on the market after 25 years of living there - was so deftly handled by Amy and her team. She immediately came to the house for a walk-through and we crafted a list of to-dos. She and her team provided us with vendors for each aspect of the preparation. Handymen, painters, landscapers, cleaners, haulers & stagers were all contacted and scheduled very efficiently. Amys astute and practiced eye for staging was really unmatched. She managed to weave in a lot of our existing furniture, and created a beautiful space! Everyone that walked through was enchanted and impressed with how it all came together. Amys estimates regarding time to market and time to sell were spot on. And her pricing and negotiation skills were beyond compare. Our final offer truly exceeded all expectations! Selling this house was probably the biggest decision we have ever made as a couple, and working with Amy and team took 95% of the stress out of the process. Amy has surrounded herself with a tremendous team. Eric was so personable and knowledgeable, and was always just a text, phone call or visit away when something came up. Emily, her Assistant, was on top of everything, and always made sure that our schedules were updated and vendors were on time and on track. Amy even introduced us to one of her real estate colleagues in Santa Rosa, who helped us find our new home. Amy is a consummate professional, and hiring her was the smartest decision. We are eternally grateful to her and her team!
