Summary: if you want an aggressive, highly connected, well seasoned, extremely knowledgeable, highly attentive, responsive, pleasant and organized fighter on your behalf who does not accept defeat, then Amy is your agent.I usually do not write reviews but for this one I felt it is important because buying a house is a major step is someone's life and many of you out there need some feedback on who is good and who is not (something I was looking for when I first started looking for my house).I thank fate for putting Amy in our path of buying our first home. I had hired two agents before Amy and they wasted my time and I lost multiple bids on houses I liked, not to mention missing the best time to buy a house. I then met Amy in an open house (she was the seller agent) and gave me her card after hearing my story that I have been searching for two years to buy a house without luck. I still remember her words when she said "try me and you will see". Her personal webpage says "service and attention you deserve", and now I know SHE MEANS IT.With the help of Amy I now live in my first home she helped to get me less than 6 months after she took over and the house is exactly what we want. Here is the best part, my bid was NOT the highest bid, yet Amy managed to get me the house (I told you she is a fighter and does not like to lose). She handled the matter so elegantly. Her role did not end after offer acceptance, she walked me through how to close escrow and followed my steps one by one to make sure I do not miss any. She also worked with the sellters to ensure a smooth handover. The high level of attention she gave me made me believe at some point that I am her only client !!Amy is absolutely a great agent. She knows what you want and does not waste time to get it for you. She knows what offer you need to put down and steps in whenever is needed. She is highly professional and extremely pleasant to work with. Before meeting Amy I thought all agents are just to fill in some paper work and get a commision. However, after meeting Amy, I think she is a different class on her own and does for you what the majority of agents out there fail to do for you!
