Gold Key Realty, formerly known as J&R Real Estate Brokers, was founded in 2005 by Jim Clarke with the belief that it is possible to give our clients outstanding service, combined with a smooth transaction and fantastic customer service. In 2016, along with business partner & co-owner Chad Goldstein, we made the strategic business decision to rebrand the company under a new name, Gold Key Realty. The office has now grown to approximately 30 agents, and we are now also licensed in Rhode Island and Connecticut!

Best Real Estate Agent to work with!! My husband and I recently bout a house through DJ. This was our first time buying and DJ made the whole process stress free.We started looking at properties last year, nothing aggressive more passively. We saw a property online that we liked and it said aEUR~call agent now, so I clicked on that button and luckily for us DJ answered on the other end. We made an appointment with him and met at a local Starbucks. I was not expecting much from the first meet honestly (based on our previous experience with some other real estate agents we had met). Except DJ exceeded our expectations, he showed up fully prepared with comparables for different towns, school ratings, Real estate growth and projections. We walked away totally impressed and feeling comfortable that we wanted to work with him. It showed he had passion for his job and he wasnt just looking to close a quick deal, which he also proved throughout months of house hunting. He was never pushy, he would walk in the house with us and he would point out what we need to look for. If its a repair that we could handle or not. He was very patient with every question that we had, he became our go to guy and seek his advice for every step. Finally we found a house that we completely fell in love with and at that moment it was completely unavailable. Our persistency to see the house even when it was unavailable and we were fully aware of it never bothered DJ (which honestly if it was any other RE Agent would have found it completely annoying and bothersome). Months after, the owner finally allowed property viewings and we were able to make an offer aEUR" again with DJs guidance and advice. Buying a house can be a stressful process (or so Ive heard) but with DJs guidance and together with our mortgage broker, made the process completely seamless. DJ was even contacting and setting up appointment with contractors that he had used in the past. We were very happy with DJ, we highly recommend DJ to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent whos not only professional but courteous, attentive and highly knowledgeable. Were already looking forward to purchasing our next property with DJ!!

Brittany was AMAZING! My boyfriend and I started looking for our first home and did not know how to even begin besides just looking at house on Zillow with no direction. Once we met Brittany, she really talked us through the process and found us our first home! She was available for us day and night (one night we were up on the phone with her until 12 in the morning to put in an offer!) and made us feel like we were her top priority. The advice she gave was fitting for us and we never felt pressured into something that was not going to be the best fit. Everyone that we had talked to said the home buying experience was stressful and long, but with Brittany and Gold Key, it was fun, exciting, and rewarding. I am now typing this review in our new home all thanks to Brittany! Highly recommended!
