We have bought two homes and sold one with Utah Dave and goBE team and have been extremely happy with their work! The home we were trying to sell was sitting on market for over 6 months and Dave's team was able to re-list and get the home sold within couple weeks!! We were really happy with their prompt communications, involvement and feedback on every little detail through the process. As a customer while selling our home, we also valued that Dave had the local expertise and experience to give some much needed advise and suggestions for a quicker sell. Sometimes customers are confused themselves and agents saying 'we can do as you wish' doesn't really help :-)Dave and his team also always go the extra mile and keep the customer relationship going long after the business deal is done. For last 8+ years since our first home purchase through Dave, I have always had Christmas goodies/tokens dropped off at our doorstep which is such a sweet gesture of thoughtfulness :-) From our three buying/selling experiences with Utah Dave and goBE, we would recommend him to anyone looking for buying/selling homes in a heartbeat!
