We have bought and sold many houses over the past 20 years and are very familiar with how difficult and stressful real estate transactions can be. Without a doubt, the 20/20 team is the most talented and dedicated group we have ever dealt with. Remarkably, our experience with the 20/20 team began even before we met them. I am a big believer in marketing through social media, so I ran an online search to study the houses for sale in our subdivision. The 20/20 team was the only realty firm that came up in this search, so I knew they were savvy online marketers. This prompted me to give them a call to see what kind of strategy they would put in place to sell our home. I had the pleasure of talking with Sean Pierce, who immediately came up with a comprehensive marketing plan. Sean is an outstanding realtor and he is surrounded by a terrific team. Great teamwork was crucial for us because we were trying to manage and sell our home while living more than three hours away. Next, Matthew Pritchett started working with us to get the house ready for sale and to coordinate marketing photos. Matthew made numerous trips getting our house just right. Our house never looked better and we saw instant success with multiple showing requests. The great news is it did not take long before we had an accepted offer on the purchase of our home. Next, we had the pleasure of working with Rachel Puffenbarger. Rachel is phenomenal and could not have worked harder to ensure we closed the deal and that everything went smoothly. She is an outstanding communicator and ensured everyone involved with closing the sale was happy and informed. We could not be more pleased with the 20/20 team and would gladly recommend them to anyone buying, selling or renting a home. Simply put; Sean, Matthew and Rachel are fantastic at what they do and are a joy to work with.

Wow!!! what can I say. My husband and I had a bad experience selling our home before and it did not sell. I cannot say that for this team they were the most professional and they felt like family. Mr. Sean kept up with us from not selling our home to now. He called and kept up with us checking on us for I know more than a year after. My husband and I was a little traumatized from our first experience of trying to sell our home and was not even thinking of trying again. Mr. Sean came to us with a plan and he assured us he could sell our home. He always told us the good and the bad. He made the whole process easy, as I was a nervous rack. His team was always there to comfort me if I was ever unsure about something during the process. They held my hand and simply walk us through it. This team always let us know what to expect. I never felt uneasy about anyone in his team and they were always truthful. Mr. Sean sold our home within the first week of being on the market Wow!!!!... like I said they know there stuff...We got into some unforseen events and Sean and his team was there almost everyday fighting for us to get the big win and They did...YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG CHOOSING MR. SEAN & THE 20/20 TEAM!!!! This team was so amazing that we are also using them to purchase our new build....super duper excited about that too!!! Best Ever hands down!!!
