I highly recommend Khalil! He helped me buy my first condo and I got an amazing deal on one of the nicest condos in Reston Town Center. I told him where I wanted to live and what kind of place I was looking for. He immediately found me the nicest building that seemed to be out of my price range. He did his homework and insisted that we could get into the building at a price that I could afford and he didn't get me out of my comfort zone with price. He did some market research to find out condo prices in communities just a block away and leveraged the lower prices to negotiate a deal with the builder. I ended up getting into the building for less than everyone else paid for their units. Khalil coached me through the entire process, was willing to explain everything, and even helped me get financing with another sharp loan guy. The entire process was exactly what I wanted. I saved money, got an amazing deal, and found a realtor that I trust. If you're interested in buying or selling, I suggest you at least give him a call to sit down and chat. You owe it to yourself.
