Khalil is an outstanding agent. He has a great knowledge of the area and is honest in his opinion of a home. Khalil is also technologically savvy, which makes completing all the required documents a breeze. In terms of availability, he was always willing to meet us at a home and let us in to check it out. Because he offers a rebate, he expects you to do your homework and select the homes you want to see, but who doesn't check homes online first these days? After that, his services were exactly the same as a traditional agent.There were times that the forms had incorrect information (sometimes even the seller's name), so you need to be on top of things to make sure that the information is correct. We also felt that once the contract was ratified, his responsiveness slowed down a bit. I suppose this is expected, but at times we would have liked to have seen a quicker response.Despite those minor issues, I would hands-down recommend Khalil's services to anyone.
