Let me begin by saying that I called multiple realtors in the Charlotte, NC area to prepare for our relocation from PA.... not one called me back.I then saw Giving Tree Realty online and gave them a call. To my surprise I was greeted by a lovely, friendly lady that assured me that someone from Giving Tree would call me back to discuss our move into the area. She was right... Joe M called me promptly and thats where my faith was restored in real estate. Joe has been gracious enough to answer every text, he has listened to our wants we wished for in a home, and also visited properties via zoom because we were unable to be there in person (the market is aggressive right now). I want to take it a step further.... he took us on the virtual walk throughs and pointed out things that were of concern, things that were exactly what we looked for, and inspected areas of the homes (good and bad) that we would have looked at as if we were there. He behaved as if he was the purchaser and what would he look for in a home. He made us feel like we were truly in great hands.My husband and I have owned four homes through our years of moving in the military and we have NEVER had a realtor like Joe. NO pressure, NO guilt, NO persuasion to move fast on a purchase... only a care and concern to help us make the right decision for our family no matter how long it may take (we are hoping that this current market doesnt make us wait too long).Best realty company AND best realtor!

Jeremy helped me throughout the sale of my first home. He was fantastic from start to finish. From the first meeting to the last, he was always punctual and extremely professional. He knows the business well and was able to make me feel at ease throughout the process, which could've otherwise been very stressful! All of the resources provided through Jeremy like photography and marketing were easy to work with and effective. My house showed beautifully online and showing requests came immediately. I had my first offer on my home within a week and Jeremy provided much needed assistance in navigating the negotiations involved as offers started coming in. At the end of the day, I was able to get significantly more than I expected for my home! He knocked the listing price out of the park, really finding the sweet spot of the neighborhood. This provided both a quick sale and maximum profit for me!I am absolutely planning to use Jeremy again, next time will be on a home purchase in the Charlotte area in the next year or two!
