When my fiance and I decided to buy a home, a friend recommended Zillow to us. I had contacted a different realtor and after a few disappointing days with no response, I decided to try again. Stephanie's name popped up in the corner so I wrote a message to her. This turned out to be extremely lucky for us. She not only contacted me within 10 minutes, she began working to find me and my fiance a home immediately.One of the things I appreciated about Stephanie is her ability to listen and pick up on what we were looking for. Sometimes we would walk into a house and she would be able to look at us and know if we liked it or not. I felt that she was really interested in finding us a home we loved. She was not pushy, but instead worked to find something that was the best fit for us in terms of price, size and location.She is also knowledgable about renovation ideas and options. This helped us see potential in some homes and understand the level of work involved in others. Whenever she was speaking with us or showing us homes, I felt we had her complete attention.
