Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with. As a resident of our hometown, she had a wealth of local knowledge which she readily passed on to potential buyers. Lisa is professional, honest, and always eager to help in any way possible. She was at every showing and accompanied every potential buyer and their agents throughout Covid. (She even showed up with her own hand sanitizer and made sure everyone used it before entering.) She always made us feel like we were the most important client she had (though we were far from it.) When we listed our home in early spring, Lisa had so many buyers lined up that we had to leave the first weekend it was on the market. Lisa had multiple offers at or above asking within the first week. Suffice it to say, Lisa exceeded our expectations! A real pleasure through the entire process.

Having bought and sold at least 5 homes, I can easily say that the best experience I had on either side of the table was working with Lisa Fitz. She brought a positive attitude to the entire experience and was deeply involved every step of the way. Many realtors farm out part/all of the process, such as the photos, open houses, inspection, etc.... Lisa was personally there for absolutely everything. She was never afraid to go the extra mile, getting extra keys made at the hardware store, going to the town office to pull paperwork, moving my furniture around, attending all the showings and the inspection - just to name a few things. She treated the sale of my home as if it was her top priority - and I know she had many other more important clients. Lisa stayed in regular communication with me and made the entire process simple and smooth. A true pro and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
