We hired Ms Alberti to sell our home as she is high on the ranking of sales in the vicinity and seemed to have a few good ratings. We live in a different state and needed a realtor with her finger on the button. We could not have been more disappointed in her performance. If we had stuck to her recommendations on pricing, we would have sold for less than we did. We insisted the price be raised. Her attention to detail on contractual issues was lacking. She withheld information on sales activity in the immediate area that probably would have given us leverage in negotiating the sale of our home. Our takeaway was that Ms Alberti was more interested in getting a quick sale than making sure we got top dollar for our home. The only shining star was the service provided by her outstanding assistant Jo-Ellen who worked incredibly hard and performed best in class. Ms Alberti will sell your home but you will have to keep your finger on the pulse and be your own advocate on both the pricing and negotiation. As a seller, I would not recommend Ms Alberti.
