Kate Moynihan was more than a real estate agent to us, as she helped us with that special life experience of purchasing our first family home in Wellesley, MA. As first time buyers, my wife and I had very different perspectives on what we wanted in a home. Kate gracefully navigated our different wish lists to help us find a home that worked well for us and our two daughters. Kate is incredibly knowledgeable of the Needham, Wellesley and Newton area. Beyond just what houses were listed where, we learned a lot from her about the different neighborhoods, communities, schools, block parties, sports teams and social aspects to help us find the location that fit best for us. Kate also has impeccable taste, and pointed out great design/build qualities as well as things to look out for as we toured homes. Kate was constantly on the lookout for homes for us. She was incredibly patient and was unrelenting (!) in her quest to find us the perfect home. When it came time to purchase our home, Kate expertly helped us bid, negotiate and navigate the purchase and sale and closing processes. We have recommended Kate to a number of friends of ours, one of which found and purchased a home in Needham with her after 3 showings. We are lucky to have found Kate, are so happy in our new home, and would highly recommend her.

Jane Migdol of 3M Group helped us find our dream home in Norfolk MA. She learned all the things that we wanted in a new home and took it in stride when we changed our must-have list time and again. She helped us narrow our search but showed us everything we wanted to see, even if she knew we wouldnt like it! She has amazing patience, helping us navigate our way to the best home we could possibly imagine. Once found, she handled everything so we didnt have to worry about anything. She worked really well with the other realtor and together they kept everything on track and all the parties happy. She works with fabulous professionals, introducing us to a top notch inspector and closing attorney. She helped us negotiate the work needed and price reductions resulting from the inspectors report and helped us move up the closing date when we needed to do that because of our buyers request. I cant imagine we could have found this property and successfully completed the purchase without her. I highly recommend Jane Migdol and the 3M Group. Shes the best!
