Selling your home is probably one of the toughest things to do. There is so much to take care of, plus you have the added bonus of still having to go to work everyday. Hiring Tom and Joanne made selling our home almost surreal. From the initial consult, their much appreciated candor of how to price the home, to the professional pictures and timing of the open house was exceptional. All my wife and I had to worry about was keeping our house clean during private showings. Tom and Joanne provide you with a comprehensive checklist of what should get done and when to do it. If either of us ever had a question, a call to them was always answered or returned, an email always responded to within a few hours.
