When we started looking for a place in Ptown two years ago the market was already tight and everything we found that we liked would sell before we could even make a bid. But Isis strong connection to the local real estate community really helped put us to the front of the line when we went to make an offer on an in-town apartment he found for us. He ensured it fit our needs and budget and even negotiated a price below ask despite the tight real estate market. This past year when we decided to move up to a larger space, Isi reached out to his network and let other agents know about our search. Within a few weeks he showed us the perfect place just days before it came on the market. We were able to make an offer as soon as it became available, and he guided us through the negotiations to make sure we were the winning bidders.
