We first contacted Gabe when a house he posted on Facebook happened to be the neighborhood and price range we were intrested in . The particular house ended up not being the one but we explained to him our budget and what we wanted in home . A few weeks later he sent us some really good options but nothing seemed to stand out we wanted a lot of bang for the buck Then a foreclosure came back on market it was a fantastic home but has been on and off market for the last couple years. Because of what you call an encroachment on the property in other words, requires lots of paperwork and time ! But we loved the property.! Being first time homeowners we had LOTS of questions he patiently answered everyone with out even knowing wether we were gonna make a bid when we did he explained everything very carefully. To be sure we fully understood it. Long story short we got the property and throught the purchasing process. He always got back to us timely we were never left wondering what was going on we were constantly being updated . And any questions were always answerd in a timely matter ! We would highly recommend Gabe to anyone his attention to details and knowledge is a huge factor in insuring that a complicated Fannie Mae owned home was a clean and easy transaction
