Dont let Liams age trick you into thinking he aint got what it takes. He got us a great house in the area we wanted, during a very competitive market, negotiated well, under unique (and not easy circumstances). Everyone sellers, buyers (us), ended up happy. Now we have a nice house we are renovating in a safe beautiful neighborhood, a few blocks from lake Champlain, community gardens, and playgrounds for our son in every direction. If we want to resell as a good investment we can, and if we decide that this is a place we want to settle we can do that also. Liam helped us with a lot of that and he is really off to a good start in his career and he also helped me learn how to deal with banks and financing, that can be tricky. Dependable, honest and direct are a few words to describe his style. He was also calm, organized and reassuring under pressure around closing, which is almost always stressful. Thanks Liam!!
