Unbelievably outstanding agent! Gerald helped us find a fantastic property and gave us the most personalized service that is possible. We were purchasing from overseas and that whole process involved a whole bunch of hoops and turns and Gerald was with us all the way being ultra helpful. He grasped our SPECIFIC needs including logistics and time constraints and went above and beyond his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Most importantly - he was ALWAYS contactable, even at late hours and extremely efficient. He personally helped us with getting services set up and expedited just about everything.
