Dan is the most impressive real estate professional I have ever met. Other real estate agents we talked to seemed overly pushy. Whereas Dan was not. Each home we looked at, he would give us his opinion on how much he thought it was worth and whether he thought that type of home would hold its value well. He helped us buy our first home for $20,000 less than listing price and $30,000 less than the original listing price. On top of that, he helped us request several things found in the inspection report be fixed with receipts of proof. The seller graciously complied with all these requests. Dan did not leave us when the deal was done. He helped us with all kinds of contacts and gave us good ideas on how to update the house to improve its value.
