We moved our family from Boston, Massachusetts to the Philly suburbs having never visited the area. We arrived at our rental in Lansdale on 6/30 and started our search. We moved into our new home in North Wales on 8/20. That was all possible because of Chris Nelson. We met him because my mother-in-law stumbled upon his Lansdale video which helped us realize this area was perfect for our family. He encouraged us to hold fast to our resolve not to waive the inspection on the first home we bid way over on - and lost because we would not waive the inspection. We put a bid in on the second home we visited (that's right, two home viewings led to two bids). Chris negotiated a price BELOW asking WITH an inspection. We were thrilled!He introduced us to a great mortgage broker who made the entire process painless. This is our first home and we knew we needed a guide. Chris became our guide - and our first friend in the area!
