Chris is the first agent I have worked with in quite a while. In the past I have handled negotiation and search myself and used a real estate attorney to represent me for closing because I found many agents to be unresponsive and lacking motivation to follow through the process. I could tell from the beginning that Chris was going to be different from agents I have dealt with in the past. She is the most responsive person I have dealt with in a long time in any business. I received a call or email back immediately and we exchanged a lot of them. I am a fair value buyer and somewhat specific in what I look for, and she stuck with me until we found properties that fit. She almost always had information about each property that she knew about from past showings and seldom was the property unknown to her. We dealt with much of the process long distance, so that presented its own challenges, which she handled very well. We also had to deal with the many challenges of negotiating and closing a Fannie Mae owned property, who changed rules and forms throughout the process. I would recommend Chris to anyone who is serious about buying or selling and expects more than just an average avocate for your real estate needs.
