Putting our lake house on the market days before stay at home orders we issued during covid pandemic was pretty much the worst timing we could have picked, but we had to sell. And literally the only reason we sold our house was Ms. Sally Geiger, our amazing real estate agent. To say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. From her and her husband personally hauling away our junk to prep our house for sale, to mowing our lawn every week since we couldnt be there (it was our vacation home and out of state), to beautifully staging the home with her personal decor and bedding, to taking beautiful pictures and quickly finding local craftsman to install new floors, front door, do plumbing, install electrical outlet and radon mitigation before putting it on the market (and being there to meet them and oversee the work because we couldnt be there!) aEUR" the list goes on how this amazingly talented, professional and caring real estate agent helped us to sell our house in the most challenging circumstances. Her responsiveness is also out of this world, anytime we needed to call, text or email her with questions she always picked up the phone right away or wrote back in minutes. She is on it! We really cant thank her enough and on top of that she and her husband Rob are just really wonderful people. She is by far the best in the business and truly cares and will do the right thing for you. Its your mistake if you dont hire her. Thank you Sally!!!!!!!!
