John was a really really wonderful realtor! We lived out-of-state, and he was the best at letting us know when houses were about to hit the market. When we were looking, the market was pretty competitive; several houses had pending offers within hours, and John was always willing to schedule time around when we could come in. He was also willing to look at houses for us, and he definitely helped keep us positive during this competitive market and process. I really appreciated the houses he would pick out for us to view. He was a very honest realtor, and he would only point out homes that were solid and would make good homes. He would still take us to homes that we were interested in seeing, but we quickly could see why those homes didn't make John's list (they had more work than we wanted). He stuck with us through the whole process, and he made this home buying experience really wonderful. We found a really wonderful home, and we are glad John was our realtor!
