I started interviewing Dave just recently regarding selling our condo in Redwood Shores. We had our condo on the market with realtors, who happen to be good friends, that specialize in selling in the East Bay Area. Our condo did not sell for 45 days and then due to a job shift, we realized we needed to remain in the condo for another 6 mos. Now we are prepping to sell again and I wanted to interview a local realtor who came highly recommended, Dave Parks. Daves knowledge of the area and what it takes to sell a place was impressive from the first time we met with him. He was very sincere, kind, patient, and shared his thoughts of why we didnt previously get any offers. His approach made us feel so comfortable and he followed it up with a pamphlet of comps in the area and another pamphlet of what to do when your place doesnt sell. He covered all the bases and we realized that Dave is caring, knowledgeable, very professional, and goes the extra mile to ensure your home sales and that his priority is being very available for his clients. He also followed our visit up with, oh I forgot to give you this information and I think its valuable to you, whether or not to use me. Weve never experienced a realtor who took that much time with us whether we intended to use him or not. Weve never dealt with a realtor this conscientious before and we have sold four houses. His professionalism and mastery of the real estate industry is impressive. We intend to use Dave to sell in the very near future and know that we will be in very good, capable, and sincere hands. I would highly recommend Dave Parks for any and all real estate needs. I'm super grateful our friends (two different families) recommended Dave to us.
