We put our trust in John to do his best by us. And that he did with honesty, integrity, and humbleness. We would recommend John to both family and friends. Mr Leffler saved us from flippers. We where in a tight spot and considering an all cash offer that was substantially less than what we assumed was fair market value. John showed up at our door while we were talking with one of these investors and said, "I have strategies that will get you way more money in the same period of time as these guys." So, I said, lets go inside. We spoke for hours about his ideas and he listened to until he really knew what our needs where.He asked for 24 hours to put together the deal and we gave it to him. We liked and trusted him so we would have probably used him no matter what. About 18 hours later, the next morning, he call us and asked to come over. When he got there he told us about his plan. I don't want to go into too much personal detail, but he did exactly what he said he would and more. We received about $11k more than the next highest investor offered us.Mr. Leffler is a man of true integrity and, I believe, really wants to help people while providing for his family.

I meet John years ago through some mutual friends when they came up to visit from California. He mentioned he was a Realtor and I was going through a hard time financially after the the Great Depression of 2008. He informed me of the Benefits of doing a Short Sale, as apposed to letting it go to foreclosure. Things like how it would effect my credit, ability to purchase in the future, and potential tax liabilities. Keep in mind he lives in California, and I live in Washington. I didn't know many Realtors and the one I hired to list my short sale left me with some unanswered questions throughout he process. Even though John wasn't my Realtor he answered every time I called, and was able to explain in a way I understood answers to all my questions and help put my mind at ease. John didn't make any money off of me, always answered my call's from 2 states away, and was there for me without asking for anything in return. It's hard to find people dedicated to that level of service, with so much experience!
