We had a neighbor recommend Angie to be our agent. The neighbor has talked so highly of Angie we figured we would reach out and see if she would be the right agent for us. We lucked out big time! When we reached out to her, she was quickly able to meet with us. During our first meeting, she came prepared with market data and comps. She was very knowledgeable of the current market. In talking with her, we were pleased with her positive yet realistic outlook on what to expect from the market. Angie is a very effective communicator and negotiator. She was able to keep us informed of everything happening and what to expect every step of the way. If things werent moving along in the process, she had no problem following up and ensuring everything was in order for us. She knows the industry like the back of her hand. We were pleased with the level of professionalism that we experienced in working with her. I must say that Angie went above and beyond for us. She made selling our house seem relatively easy, especially since we were relocating out of the area prior to closing.I know buying and selling a house can be stressful; however, Angie helped to make the entire process go very smoothly. Anita Powell is a Phenomenal Agent! As a first time home owner its imperative to have an agent that is competent, intuitive, and patient. Anita exuded all three and went above and beyond for me as a client to ensure that I was knowledgeable throughout every aspect of the home-buying process. At the beginning of this process I was unsure that I could accomplish my goals of home ownership do tho factors such as closing cost and down payments. Anita was able to ease these concerns. She sought out homebuyer programs and grants to ensure that homeowners was possible. Throughout the process I was impressed by Anita Powell's attentiveness to my phone calls, her open ability to view properties, and her attentiveness to details about the things I said that I wanted In a property.At the end of the homebuyers process Anita displayed her negotiating skills with ensuring that all of the items in the picra that the seller agreed to do were accomplished. She was a power house at advocating for me. Its important having an agent that you can trust and I trusted that she was looking out for my best interest.I could not have asked for a better agent!
