My experience with Brian was fantastic in both the selling my condo and turning around and purchasing a row home in Patterson Park. He came highly recommended by some friends of mine who also worked with him in purchasing a home and he certainly did not disappoint. I wasn't new to the home buying process but Brian was still very informative and supportive with reviewing the important steps and outlining the pivotal items we needed to accomplish during the whole selling and buying process. He was very professional, never applied any unnecessary pressure during the decision making process. Being a local he was also very helpful with questions I had about the specific areas in which I was looking for a home. Brian's communication skill are excellent and never left me waiting with unanswered questions. I would definitely recommend Brian if you are interested in either buying or selling a home.

I was lucky to find Brian as my agent. I didn't have a lot of money to invest and Brian worked with me to find the right property. His experience with home inspection allows him to look at properties with a critical eye and he steered me away from money pits. His knowledge and experience with Baltimore real estate helps him identify properties with real potential even if I couldn't see it at first. He's very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of buying an older property (and the associated loans and tax breaks) because he's done it himself. I have friends who have horror stories about the buying process but Brian handled the whole thing and I didn't need any Bromo-Seltzer. He even suggested contractors to get work done on my new home. I will definitely be calling him again when it's time to move up to a larger property.
